The Year ACI Shifted to Complete Quality Control

As 2025 draws to a close, we at ACI are taking a moment to reflect on our journey and the connections that will shape our strategy in 2026. This has been a landmark year for us, marked by a major shift in our vision towards Complete Quality Control – a commitment to delivering end-to-end automation across inspection workflows in logistics through scalable Computer Vision and intelligent automation.
This shift reflects how we now see the future of warehouse optimisation: not as isolated tools or point solutions, but as a connected ecosystem of complete visibility, controlled processes and continuous improvement. It is a vision shaped by our team, validated by our team and strengthened by the rapid changes happening across European logistics.
In 2025 we presented our technology, exchanged ideas with industry leaders and deepened our understanding of where logistics and warehouse automation are heading. Across Europe, we engaged with innovators, customers and future partners who are helping redefine operational excellence.

Key Events and Locations in 2025

We were proud to participate in some of Europe’s most influential logistics and supply chain events.

Stuttgart – LogiMAT 2025

The leading European trade fair for intralogistics and process management. The 2025 edition brought together a comprehensive range of innovations across material handling, warehouse automation, robotics, software and AI-driven systems. See our LogiMAT highlights here.

Paris – SiTL

A major gathering focused on transport, logistics innovation, digitalisation and supply chain transformation across the European logistics ecosystem.

Munich – Transport Logistic and Air Cargo Europe

A global hub covering multimodal logistics, freight technologies, automation and forward-looking supply chain strategies.
We also had the opportunity to showcase our solutions and network at events like Utrecht – ICT & Logistiek, Düsseldorf – LogCoop x Startport, Berlin – BVL International Supply Chain Conference, and Frankfurt – HOLM Start-up Day, where industry leaders explored innovations in logistics, supply chains, and emerging technologies.
Beyond these major stages, our work brought us to many other logistics hubs across Europe, including Amstelveen, Boxmeer, Haguenau, Hordain, Mönchengladbach, Mons, Venlo and Zaltbommel. In each location, we engaged directly with operations, explored customer challenges and demonstrated our solutions in real-world settings.

What 2025 Taught Us

Our participation in these events took place during a period of rapid change in European intralogistics automation. Several clear trends underline why this moment has been crucial in shaping our shift towards Complete Quality Control.

Warehouse Automation and Robotics Are Rapidly Expanding

The European warehouse automation market was projected to reach around €4.28 billion in 2025, with strong growth expected to continue. Adoption of automation technologies is accelerating across the sector, and is no longer limited to the largest facilities. Scalable, modular and accessible tools are opening the door for mid-sized and smaller operations.

AI, Computer Vision and Data-Driven Logistics Are Becoming the Standard

AI, machine learning and Computer Vision are transforming warehouse processes, from forecasting and tracking to real-time safety and quality checks. The industry is moving towards solutions that deliver measurable ROI, improve accuracy and strengthen quality across the entire workflow.
ACI’s offering, including Quality Control as a Service, aligns directly with this shift. By enabling real-time visibility, digital oversight and automated detection, we support operators in reducing waste, preventing errors and elevating process reliability without complicating workflows.

Strong Market Drivers Are Shaping Investment Priorities

E-commerce growth, rising labour costs, skill shortages and increased performance expectations are driving operators towards smarter and more consistent processes. Sustainability and cost pressures require not only speed, but higher precision, safer operations and better use of resources.

Growing Demand for Scalable and Modular Solutions

The market is moving towards adaptable, data-driven solutions rather than rigid, hardware-heavy installations. AI-supported tools, vision-enabled process control and automation-as-a-service models are becoming central to how warehouses evolve.
This direction aligns closely with ACI’s belief that the future lies in Complete Quality Control, built on intelligent systems that scale with customers and integrate seamlessly into any warehouse environment.

Thank You and Looking Ahead to 2026

A huge thank you to all our partners, collaborators and customers. Your trust, feedback and engagement made 2025 a defining year for us. We are especially grateful to the whole team, whose effort, commitment and belief in our vision made our progress possible.
Looking ahead, 2026 promises even greater opportunities. With the knowledge, relationships and momentum gained in 2025 – and with the industry moving decisively towards automation, AI and complete quality systems – we are ready to build the next chapter together.
